Abstract

Theoretical and methodological bases of the recognition of investment property in compliance with International Accounting Standard 40 “Investment Property” have been disclosed as well as some important norms of International Accounting Standard 40 "“Investment Property” have been studied. Розглянуто теоретичні і методологічні основи визнання інвестиційної нерухомості у відповідності до норм Міжнародного стандарту бухгалтерського обліку 40 “Інвестиційна нерухомість” та вивчаються окремі важливі положення Міжнародного стандарту бухгалтерського обліку 40 “Інвестиційна нерухомість”.
