The peculiarities of the basic organizational forms of business in the agricultural sector ofUkrainehave been considered in the article. The tendencies taking place in the structure of agricultural producers and lend tenure have been researched. The agriculture enterprises inUkraineand in the EU have been compared. Principal differences in grounding and usage of certain organizational forms of business in the agricultural sector inUkraineand abroad have been determined Розглянуто особливості основних організаційно-правових форм господарювання в аграрному секторі України. Досліджено тенденції, що мають місце в структурі сільськогосподарських товаровиробників та землекористуванні. Проведено порівняння з окремими країнами ЄС. Визначено принципові відмінності в обгрунтуванні та використанні деяких організаційно-правових форм господарювання в Україні та за кордоном.
