Державне управління формуванням та використанням трудового потенціалу // Governmental management of labor potential formation and usage

Abstract

The calculations of appropriate taxonomic indicators of social-demographical, educational-professional and medical groups of labor potential factor development level for Ukrainian regions, Kyiv and Crimea Republic, including Sevastopol, during the years 1998-2003 have been made. The integral indicators of regions’ labor development have been calculated. The obtained results have been used for making comparative analysis of labor potential development intensity. The arrangements concerning management of region’s labor potential formation and realization directed to provision the optimal country’s labor potential usage have been offered. Проведено розрахунки відповідних відносних таксономічних показників рівня розвитку соціально-демографічної, освітньо-професійної і медичної груп факторів трудового потенціалу для областей України, м. Києва і АР Крим, включаючи м. Севастополь, за 1998-2003 рр. Розраховано інтегральні показники розвитку трудового потенціалу по регіонах. Отримані результати розрахунків використано для проведення порівняльного аналізу інтенсивності розвитку трудового потенціалу. Запропоновані заходи щодо управління формуванням та реалізацією трудового потенціалу регіону націлені на забезпечення оптимального використання трудового потенціалу країни.
