Abstract

The estimation of present day state, tendency of development and activity efficiency of the Crimea agrarian sphere have been determined; the estimation of the region’s provision safety level and food consumption by different population groups has been made; the conformity of actual consumption of foodstuff to the normative level has been found out; the experience of other countries in the agrarian market regulation has been disclosed. Дана оценка современного состояния, тенденций развития и эффективности деятельности аграрной сфери Крыма; проведена оценка уровня продовольственной безопасности региона и употребления продовольственной продукции разными групами населения региона, виявлена соответственность фактического употребления нормативному, рассмотрен опыт других стран в регулировании аграрного ринка.
