Abstract

The existing management and economic analysis methods don’t always allow revealing cause and effect relations between products’ quality costs, which emerge at an enterprise, and managerial decisions due to which they emerge. That’s why the burning problem of today id to find the system which could combine these elements. Such a system must be holistic, i.e. must be combined into a unified accounting and analytic mechanism of managing quality costs. Існуючі традиційні методи менеджменту і економічного аналізу не завжди дозволяють виявити причинно-наслідковий зв’язок між витратами на якість продукції, що виникають на підприємстві, і управлінськими рішеннями, за допомогою яких вони виникають. Тому такою актуальною є проблема пошуку і впровадження в широку практику системи, яка могла б з’єднати дані елементи. Така система повинна мати цілісний характер, тобто бути взаємопов’язана в єдиний обліково-аналітичний механізм управління витратами на якість.
