НАУКОВО-МЕТОДИЧНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО АНАЛІЗУ РЕСУРСНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ // Scientific and methodic approach to strategic analysis of financial capacity resourcing of tourist enterprises

The article substantiates the need for strategic analysis of the resource component of the financial capacity of tourist enterprises, due to the necessity of creating competitive advantage in the dynamic external environment. The author proposed the use of scientific and methodical approach to the strategic analysis of the resource component of the financial potential of tourist enterprises by applying deterministic methods of complex analysis in the part which is based on the method of Euclidean distances. It allows to take into account the most important parameters and performance indicators and to determine the ranking of the company compared to the reference object. It was determined that the sufficient level of dynamic stability of incorporated tourist enterprises facing external dangers and the ability to confront them is defined by the level of accumulated resource potential. The author focuses on the major advantages of the proposed method of distances for joint stock travel companies, in particular it was underlined that the visibility of Euclidean distance method allows to carry out sufficiently flexible approach to strategic analysis of activity of enterprises; the source data of enterprises are considered as independent coordinates of the n-dimensional space, which increases the objectivity of the analysis. Обґрунтовано необхідність проведення стратегічного аналізу ресурсної складової фінансового потенціалу туристичних підприємств, що обумовлено необхідністю формування конкурентних переваг у зовнішньому динамічному середовищі. Автором запропоновано використання науково-методичного підходу до стратегічного аналізу ресурсної складової фінансового потенціалу туристичних підприємств шляхом застосування методики детермінованого комплексного аналізу в частині, що базується на методі Евклідової відстані, дозволяє врахувати найважливіші параметри та показники діяльності і визначити рейтинг підприємства, порівняно з обраним еталонним об’єктом. Визначено, що достатній рівень динамічної стійкості акціонерних туристичних підприємств перед зовнішніми загрозами та можливість протистояти їм визначається рівнем накопиченого ресурсного потенціалу. Автором акцентовано увагу на основних перевагах запропонованого методу відстані для акціонерних туристичних підприємств, а саме підкреслено, що наочність методу Евклідової відстані дозволяє здійснити достатньо гнучкий підхід до стратегічного аналізу діяльності підприємств; вихідні дані підприємств розглядаються як незалежні координати п-мірного простору, що підвищує об’єктивність аналізу.
