Abstract

To support the economy in world global crisis the state renders the financial help to the enterprises of the real sector. Economic, social and ecological consequences of liquidation processes of the enterprises and their preservation at the expense of state financing have been presented. Consequences of excitation procedures of bankruptcy concerning leading enterprises of economy which are, in most cases, strategy important organizations have been investigated. Prospects of the state investing into innovations during crisis have been considered. Для поддержки экономики в период мирового глобального кризиса государство оказывает финансовую помощь предприятиям реального сектора. Представлены экономические, социальные и экологические последствия процессов ликвидации предприятий и их сохранения за счет государственного финансирования. Исследованы последствия возбуждения процедур банкротства в отношении ведущих предприятий экономики, которые в своем большинстве являются градообразующими организациями. Рассмотрены перспективы государственного инвестирования в инновации в период кризиса.
