Abstract

The forms of cashless settlements have been disclosed. The peculiarities of normative and legal regulation of the bills of exchange circulation in Ukraine have been revealed. The types of bills of exchange and the conditions of their using in business turnover have been characterized. В загальному розглянуті форми безготівкових розрахунків. Розкриті особливості нормативно-правового регулювання вексельного обігу в Україні. Охарактеризовано види векселів та умови їх використання у господарському обороті.
