Abstract

The article has been dedicated to the concept of classes on “Research on threat of bankruptcy”, which will be taught in 2009/2010 academic year at the Economic university at the Faculty of management, informatics and finance. The subject is noted in the academic program on the specialty “Finance and accounting” as for full-time education so for correspondence one of the second degree.
