The result of the studying of the effective production accounting system in telecommunication sector is the development of the complex methodology of separation of accounting for costs on production processes, which allows, on the basis of receiving analytical data on different production units, to divide management reporting on sections, assisting in meeting the needs of internal users and sustaining sound management decision-making process. Результатом изучения действующей системы производственного учета в отрасли связи стала разработка комплексной методики раздельного учета расходов по производственным процессам, позволяющая на базе получения аналитических данных по отдельным объектам производственного учета осуществить сегментирование управленческой отчетности в разрезах, способствующих удовлетворению информационных потребностей внутренних пользователей и необходимых для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений.
