Abstract

Rational workflow enables businesses to reduce the time to design, processing, transmission, and control of production costs and the costs of work in progress, which in turn makes it possible to draw up costing, to calculate the production cost of each stage (management units). The article highlights the general workflow stage in the company, analyzed and are the main advantages of the electronic document and made suggestions for its implementation. Раціональний документообіг дозволяє підприємствам скоротити час на оформлення, опрацювання, передачу та контроль за виробничими витратами й витратами незавершеного виробництва, що, в свою чергу, дозволяє правильно скласти калькуляцію витрат, обрахувати виробничу собівартість кожного переділу (цеху, підрозділу). Виокремлено загальні стадії документообігу на підприємстві, проаналізовано та наведено основні переваги електронного документообігу, та внесено пропозиції щодо його впровадження.
