СИСТЕМА ЗБАЛАНСОВАНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ У ВАРТІСНО ОРІЄНТОВАНОМУ УПРАВЛІННІ: НАПРЯМИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ // Balanced scorecard in value-oriented management: areas of application

The system of balanced scorecard from considering it as a complementary tool in managing the key performance indicators of business effectiveness under condition of applying the value-oriented management concept and basing on the positive experience of leading companies has been researched. The features of the balanced scorecard as the basis for setting the additional specific tasks towards accounting system have been determined. The disadvantages as well as benefits of balanced scorecard have been systemized. This allowed to define it as an effective management tool in case of modifying the existing approach to its application in terms of its integration with innovative management tools, economic value added, market value added as well as with the system of managing clients’ relationships. The approach to integrating the balanced scorecard and economic value added as the management tools if the expanded version of the first tool is being applied has been disclosed. Досліджено систему збалансованих показників з позиції її розгляду як допоміжного інструменту в управлінні ключовими показниками ефективності бізнесу за умови використання вартісно орієнтованої концепції управління та виходячи із позитивного досвіду провідних світових компаній.. Визначено особливості системи збалансованих показників як основи формування додаткових специфічних завдань, які ставитимуться перед системою бухгалтерського обліку. Систематизовано недоліки системи збалансованих показників та переваги від її впровадження, що дозволило визначити її як ефективний інструмент управління за умови модифікації існуючого підходу до застосування в частині її інтеграції з інноваційними інструментами управління: економічною доданою вартістю, ринковою доданою вартістю, системою управління взаємозв’язками з клієнтами. Розкрито підхід до інтеграції системи збалансованих показників та економічної доданої вартості як інструментів управління за умови застосування розгалуженої версії першого інструменту.
