Abstract

The current legislation of Russian Federation, Belarus Republic and Czech Republic in the sphere of advertising activity and accounting for advertising costs, in particular, has been analyzed as well as directions of improvement of current legislation in the sphere of advertising activity and accounting for advertising costs in Ukraine have been outlined. У статті проаналізовано чинне законодавство Російської Федерації, Білоруської та Чеської республіки у сфері регулювання рекламної діяльності та облікового відображення витрат на рекламу зокрема; окреслено напрями удосконалення чинного законодавства у сфері регулювання рекламної діяльності та бухгалтерського обліку витрат на рекламу в Україні.
