Major approaches to classifying results of the production process as objects of accounting and statistical observance have been determined. Classification features of industrial goods, application of which allowed to distinguish analytical sections of accounting information necessary for preparing statistical information, have been suggested basing on the research results. Визначено основні підходи до класифікації результатів виробничого процесу як об’єктів бухгалтерського обліку і статистичного спостереження. За результатами дослідження запропоновано класифікаційні ознаки промислової продукції, застосування яких дозволило виокремити аналітичні розрізи облікової інформації, необхідні для складання статистичної звітності.
