Abstract

Essence and purpose of the system of managing the formation, usage and preservation of owners’ capital in the general system of joint-stock company management have been researched as well as forms of internal reporting presenting the indicators, necessary for ensuring effective management of company’s capitalization have been worked out. Досліджено сутність та призначення системи управління формуванням, використанням та збереженням власного капіталу в загальній системі менеджменту акціонерного товариства, а також розроблено форми внутрішньої звітності із зазначенням показників, необхідних для забезпечення ефективного управління капіталізацією підприємства.
