Abstract

Principal problematic issues of taxation on export-import transactions by value added tax in compliance with new tax legislation have been considered as well as ways of their solution have been suggested. Розглянуто основні проблемні питання оподаткування експортно-імпортних операцій податком на додану вартість відповідно до нового податкового законодавства та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення.
