Abstract

Procedure of forming multirate tariffs for services of companies of network household has been considered in the article. Unlike the current practice of implementing multirate tariffs instead of onerate ones will allow to stimulate resource-saving and stably finance the operation on renewing and modernizing fixed assets. Grounding of new tariff policy under conditions of reforming housing has been developed. В статье рассмотрен порядок формирования многоставочных тарифов на услуги предприятий сетевого хозяйства. В отличие от существующей практики применение двухставочных тарифов вместо одноставочных позволит стимулировать ресурсосбережение и устойчиво финансировать работы по обновлению и модернизации основных фондов. Произведено обоснование новой тарифной политики в условиях реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства.
