Abstract

Range of entities responsible for the organization and accounting in business liquidation period has been research. List of violations related with the liquidation and bankruptcy, under which these entities may be held responsibility has been identified. Досліджено коло суб’єктів, відповідальних за організацію та ведення бухгалтерського обліку в ліквідаційний період підприємства. Виділено перелік порушень, пов’язаних з ліквідацією та банкрутством, за якими ці суб’єкти можуть бути притягнуті до відповідальності.
