Abstract

The theoretical and methodological bases of reflecting some transactions of an enterprise in compliance with the norms of the Tax Code of Ukraine have been considered, as well as the comparability of the clauses of the Tax Code of Ukraine and other normative and legislative acts in the context of their applying in practice concerning the correct tax consignment note making out has been analyzed. Розглядаються теоретичні і методологічні основи відображення окремих операцій підприємства у відповідності до норм Податкового кодексу України (ПКУ), аналізується зіставність положень ПКУ та інших нормативно – правових актів в контексті їх застосування в практичної діяльності на предмет правильного оформлення податкової накладної.
