Abstract

The article reviews the chronology of the concept of going concern. The principle has been studied as well as its central place among the accounting and financial reporting principles has been proved. The formula for calculating the value of the company based on the going concern concept has been provided. У статті розглянуто історичний розвиток концепції безперервності діяльності., досліджено зміст принципу та доведено його центральне місце серед інших принципів бухгалтерського обліку та фінансової звітності. Наведена формула розрахунку вартості підприємства на основі концепції діючого підприємства.
