Abstract

Regulations for accounting in milk processing factories have been analyzed. Lack of regulation for cost accounting of the cost estimation of production at the milk processing industry has been revealed, what caused necessity of development of branchguideline on planning, accounting and costing in milk processing factories. В статті проаналізовано нормативні акти, що регулюють питання бухгалтерського обліку на молокопереробних підприємства. Виявлено проблему відсутності регламентації обліку витрат виробництва та калькулювання собівартості продукції на рівні молокопереробної галузі, що зумовило необхідність розробки галузевої інструкції з планування, обліку і калькулювання собівартості продукції на молокопереробних підприємствах.
