БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКИЙ ОБЛІК ЯК ЗАСІБ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ ПОТРЕБ АКЦІОНЕРІВ // Accounting as the means of the shareholders’ informational needs

The advantages and disadvantages of corporations comparing to other business entities have been researched. The problem of satisfaction of the shareholders’ informational needs has been brought up. The composition of necessary information as well as the possibility of its provision basing on accounting has been determined. The topicality of improvement of the system of synthetically and analytical accounting as well as the internal reporting as the tools of settling the relations among the shareholders and managers in the process of corporate management have been grounded. Досліджено переваги та недоліки акціонерних товариств порівняно з іншими суб’єктами господарювання. Встановлено проблему задоволення інформаційних потреб акціонерів, на основі чого визначено склад необхідної інформації таможливість її формування за допомогою бухгалтерського обліку. Обґрунтовано актуальність удосконалення системи синтетичного та аналітичного обліку, а також внутрішньої звітності як інструментів врегулювання відносин між акціонерами та менеджерами в процесі управління товариством.
