Abstract

The peculiarities of the transport service market development have been investigated as well as its problematic issues have been found and the ways of its development have been grounded. Analysis of the current state of car leasing, economic and legal framework of leased vehicles allowed to justify leasing place in the efficiency of transport services. Досліджено особливості розвитку ринку автотранспортних послуг, на основі чого встановлено проблеми та обґрунтовано напрями його розвитку. Аналіз сучасного стану автолізингу та економіко-правових основ надання в лізинг автотранспортних засобів дозволило обґрунтувати місце лізингу в ефективності надання транспортних послуг.
