Abstract

Kinh tế số Ä‘ang trở thà nh má»™t hÆ°á»›ng Ä‘i má»›i vá»›i nhiá» u tiá» m năng cho ná» n kinh tế thế giá»›i cÅ©ng nhÆ° Việt Nam. Chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số là quá trình con ngÆ°á» i thay đổi cách sống, là m việc và sản xuất bằng công nghệ kỹ thuật số. Ä á»ƒ là m được Ä‘iá» u đó, cần có sá»± thay đổi cả vá» phÆ°Æ¡ng thức quản lý và thá»±c tiá»…n giảng dạy trong các trÆ°á» ng đại há» c. Tức là các trÆ°á» ng đại há» c phải ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin hiện đại để đáp ứng nhu cầu há» c tập ngà y cà ng cao của sinh viên và giảng viên, tạo ra má»™t môi trÆ°á» ng há» c tập mà má» i thứ Ä‘á» u được kết nối. Ä Ã¢y là má»™t hệ sinh thái kết hợp công nghệ, dịch vụ và bảo mật để thu hẹp khoảng cách kỹ thuật số. Ä iá» u đó sẽ tạo ra trải nghiệm há» c tập hợp tác, tÆ°Æ¡ng tác và cá nhân hóa. Chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số là sá»± chuyển đổi từ má»™t cách sống truyá» n thống, hÆ°á»›ng tá»›i cách sống và là m việc vá»›i cả phiên bản kỹ thuật số của các thá»±c thể và kết nối của chúng trong không gian kỹ thuật số. Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích nhu cầu hình thà nh lÄ©nh vá»±c Ä‘Ã o tạo kinh tế số nhằm tạo ra nguồn nhân lá»±c chất lượng cao hoạt Ä‘á»™ng trong môi trÆ°á» ng kinh tế số. Nghiên cứu sá»­ dụng kết hợp phÆ°Æ¡ng pháp nghiên cứu định tính và nghiên cứu định lượng. Ä áº·c biệt, nghiên cứu định tính sá»­ dụng phÆ°Æ¡ng pháp phá» ng vấn sâu đối vá»›i các chuyên gia bao gồm các nhà lãnh đạo, quản lý tại các trÆ°á» ng đại há» c, các nhà quản lý doanh nghiệp. Mục đích là khám phá các khía cạnh ảnh hưởng của cuá»™c cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 đến quá trình Ä‘Ã o tạo nguồn nhân lá»±c để đáp ứng cho các doanh nghiệp trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Kế tiếp, Các nghiên cứu định lượng được thá»±c hiện nhằm phân tích, đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa quá trình Ä‘Ã o tạo và cung ứng lao Ä‘á»™ng cho doanh nghiệp nhằm thích ứng vá»›i bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Bà i báo cÅ©ng Ä‘Æ°a ra những nhận xét, khuyến nghị vá» các giải pháp đổi má»›i hoạt Ä‘á»™ng Ä‘Ã o tạo thích ứng vá»›i xu thế chuyển đổi số.
