World automobile manufacturers find India as a point of attraction, both for manufacturing and marketing. Until 1983, there were limited players in the car market, but during the last 5-6 years the automobile market of India has shown a manifold growth. Looking at the immense competition ahead, each company is trying to attract customers, claiming their brand as the best brand, which offers greater value to its customers. The present study is undertaken to assess the satisfaction level of owners of premium cars; namely Maruti Esteem, Opel Astra, Ford Escort and Daewoo Cielo.
