Powiazania sieciowe przedsiebiorstw

Abstract

Celem niniejszego artykulu jest przedstawienie powiazan sieciowych przedsiebiorstw, czyli wszelkich powiazan (formalnych i nieformalnych) miedzy przedsiebiorstwami i innymi organizacjami, ktore maja na celu podnoszenie poziomu ich innowacyjnosci i konkurencyjnosci. Pozostawanie w sieci innowacyjnej wiaze sie z potencjalnymi korzysciami w odniesieniu do procesu innowacyjnego typu: dostep do wiekszej bazy pomyslow, dzielenie sie ryzykiem, rozlozenie kosztow dzialalnosci innowacyjnej, dostep do nowych rynkow, technologii, korzystanie z efektu synergii. Siec jest bardzo elastyczna, w razie potrzeby umozliwia przeniesienie calej produkcji miedzy krajami w krotkim okresie, co ogranicza ryzyko zwiazane z sytuacja polityczna czy gospodarcza w danym kraju. Artykul obejmuje kilka zagadnien: definicje sieci, rodzaje sieci, proces powstania i funkcjonowania sieci, przyklad udanej i nieudanej wspolpracy w sieci. W ostatniej czesci artykulu krotko zaprezentowano glownych uczestnikow sieci – korporacje transnarodowe.
