Abstract

Créé en 2001, le statut de Société coopérative d’intérêt collectif (SCIC) introduit le multi-sociétariat dans le droit français. Ce texte, qui s’appuie sur une étude empirique au sein de la région Occitanie, s’intéresse aux implications du multi-sociétariat sur la relation d’emploi. Celui-ci conduit les acteurs à chercher à atténuer les divergences d’intérêts inhérentes à cette relation, bien qu’ils ne puissent complètement les effacer. Les SCIC portent ainsi une critique de la subordination salariale. Cependant, des tensions sur les contrats de travail, le nombre d’heures travaillées et/ou payées demeurent, en particulier lorsque salariés, bénévoles et consommateurs sont amenés à se côtoyer au travail et au sein du sociétariat.
