Abstract

Les coopératives ont fait l’objet de nombreuses recherches qui ont permis de saisir leur dimension alternative. En revanche, peu de travaux ont examiné la capacité de ces entités à peser sur les rapports de pouvoir. C’est cet enjeu que le présent article entend traiter, à partir d’une enquête portant sur les coopératives éoliennes danoises. Plus précisément, il s’agira de se demander si l’accumulation de capital économique s’est accompagnée d’une accumulation de pouvoir politique par ces organisations. Pour prendre en charge ce questionnement, l’article analysera la manière dont les coopératives éoliennes danoises ont exercé un pouvoir d’orientation au sein d’un régime de politique publique des années 1970 à la fin des années 2010.
