Some statistical tests such as KS test (Kolmogorov–Smirnov test), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation were also used to find out if the hypothesis was true or false namely, could be confirmed or rejected. Also, if there was a specific relationship between society variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge management and empowerment of IHTO staff and between knowledge management and productivity of IHTO staff and between productivity and empowerment of IHTO staff as well.
