Abstract

The employment problem of working people on the labor market is very important in the current economic context which is dominated by the economic crisis. On this background, economic professionals’ and researchers’ efforts have been intensified aiming to solve the current crisis issues and to reach economical growth based primarily on human capital development. Both in Romania and in the European Union the economic crisis has seriously affected the labor market decreasing employment rates and increasing unemployment.
