Evaluarea Guvernarii Digitale In Orasele Lumii

Abstract

Aceast articol prezinta sinteza unui studiu de analiza a oraselor din lume efectuat de cercetatori americani In anul 2003 (Holzer et. al, 2003). Orasele au fost alese pe baza statisticilor Internet Indicators (2002) de la International Telecommunication Union (ITU), organizatie afiliata Natiunilor Unite. Listele Indicatorilor Internet raporteaza populatia online pentru un numar de 196 de tari. Pe baza datelor ITU rezulta ca 98 de tari membre ONU au fost identificate ca avAnd un numar de peste 100000 de locuitori online. Studiul a selectat cele 98 de tari cu cel mai mare procentaj de utilizatori Internet si a examinat cel mai mare oras al fiecarei tari ca reprezentativ al acesteia.
