Evaluarea Calitatii Site-Urilor Web Ale Primariilor Oraselor Din Romania

Abstract

Dezvoltarea societatii informationale, a retelei informatice, cresterea numarului de utilizatori si a volumului de informatii necesare publicului, fac ca mediile de transmitere si de difuzare a cunostintelor si informatiilor sa fie cat mai diverse dar si cat mai atractive si mai usor de descifrat si utilizat. In aceste conditii, institutii de drept public sau de drept privat aleg sa sintetizeze si sa-si impartaseasca informatiile cu ajutorul site-urilor web. Astfel, pentru a analiza calitatea site-urilor web, pentru a vedea in ce masura acestea raspund cerintelor utilizatorilor ne propunem sa intocmim o metodologie bazata pe procedurile si algoritmii utilizati in cadrul metodei WebQEM, metodologie care se va finaliza cu o serie de recomandari privind proiectarea s realizarea site-urilor web. Domeniul pe care ne propunem sa-l analizam il reprezinta site-urile web ale primariilor oraselor.
