Abstract

Strategia de dezvoltare a oraselor din judetul Constanta vizeaza valorificarea durabila a resurselor umane, economice, institutionale, financiare, culturale si naturale In scopul afirmarii lor la nivel regional si national. Agenda Locala 21 este un proiect care a sprijinit doua strategii de dezvoltare durabila in judetul Constanta, pentru orasele Constanta si Medgidia. Strategiile de dezvoltare durabila ale oraselor Mangalia si Cernavoda au fost elaborate fara ajutor financiar extern.
