Quantitative Analysis Of The Calls Received In The National Unique System For Emergency Calls

Abstract

This paper is intended to analyze the number and distribution of emergency and non-emergency calls, according to their historical reports, their scatter per counties and per operators, as a way to conduct improvements of the quality of services, a better operation of the 112 service and a balanced workload of the operators.
