Abstract

Know-how, managerial ability ,and appropriate marketing strategy are basic requests of success for the industrial companies. This way, firm resources can be optimally valorized providing a reasonable profit, doubled by the long life of the organization. We shall analyze the way managerial competence of a very well known firm succeeded in a short laps of time to resuscitate the firm from the edge of collapse. Using the existing know-how, as well as a systematical technological transfer, the managers succeeded to transform a firm near bankruptcy in a prosperous global competitive organization.
