Education And Lifelong Learning In The Context Of Globalization

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of education and lifelong learning, in terms of the promotion of employment, social development, combating poverty and illiteracy, in the context of globalization. It is known that human resource development is based, so that the authorities in each country should have responsibilities in terms of skilled labor and increasing its capacity to adapt to environmental changes. The results obtained from this analysis, reflects some of the practical steps that must be taken in the coming years, locally and nationally, in terms of education and lifelong learning in the context of globalization.
