Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of economic and financial crisis on the management of structural funds to strengthen the administrative capacity of local authorities under the operational program dedicated to achieving this goal .The changes of economic and social context determined by the current crisis make necessary the accommodation to the practical situation by some adjustments or recalibration to the specific priorities of the OP ACD to ensure the general objective which consists in the creation of a public administration more efficient and effective for the socio-economic benefit of Romanian society.
