Abstract

The role of social networks in recruitment has increased lately and got more and more attention of researchers and practiotioners, as social media has become a vital resource for recruiting and selecting candidates in the digital environment. This study shows that social networks are frequently used in the human resources recruitment in our days, demonstrating its usefulness by providing valuable experiences and information for both employers and candidates.
