Abstract

Authors try to preparate the modern political processes and investigate the trends, which articulate two main positions: unipolar and multipolar world order. Their co-existence is the main subject of economic and political essence and construct the zones of influence. There zones balance between each other and their positions are not constant. To justify the historical necessity of the ongoing transition to multipolarity, the authors introduce the concept of cultural and spiritual dominance. The phenomenon of politics as a kind of worldview, based on the relationship of power and the struggle for power, is regarded as the dominant of modernity, which has a direct relation to international security. It is concluded that it is possible, in the current context, to replace the imperialist policy of force with a policy of security and cooperation based on the principles of international law and universal morality. It is also shown that hybridization is the product of a policy of force, but it is not able to stop the objective process of approving a multipolar world order. The authors see the path to preventing aggressive hegemony in the creation of a pole of power capable of acting as a deterrent in the situation of confrontation with the consolidated "West". According to the authors mind of view, such development will mark the beginning of the transition to an era of moral, humanistic in its spirit of awakening, to an era in which morality and international law will jointly saturate international politics in its function as a modern social dominant.
