Abstract

The article considers the prospect of the establishment of world-class scientific and educational centers as new drivers for the development of Russia's innovative economy. The primary role of the innovation accelerator goes to the regions that provide a synergistic effect for the economic breakthrough and achieve the strategic objectives of the country's development. The concept of the scientific and educational centers is based on the idea of creating a unique environment that promotes the smooth conduct of scientific and innovative activities.
