Abstract

The article examines the practice of making optimal management decisions, the essence of various approaches that enhance the effectiveness of the organization, examined the choices most probabilistic variants of existing together, explores alternative operational and strategic decisions, which particular perspective can positively influence the transformation of the organization, its competitiveness in the strategic period.
