Abstract

In connection with the reform of the education system and the active development of information and communication processes within the educational organization, changes are taking place in the management system of educational organizations. The authors of the work in the framework of this study consider the external and internal aspects of the social management of information and communication processes in an educational organization. Within the external aspect, two levels of management are distinguished - state and organizational. The internal aspect of social management involves the direct management of human resources – the personnel of the educational organization, which takes place at the pedagogical and student level.
