Abstract

The article analyzes the interconnections of the elitological factors of the hybrid warfare and organized crime with such concepts as the “fifth column”, “color revolution”, terrorism, misinformation, political and economic sanctions, as well as explores the essence and characteristic features of hybrid technologies. The authors propose certain steps to optimize state policy to counter the diverse spectrum of threats posed by the hybrid warfare against Russia in order to ensure national security.
