Abstract

The article analyzes the instruments of Russia's foreign policy that contribute to ensuring interethnic harmony: providing preferences to citizens of the states – Russia's geopolitical allies in the field of labor migration; targeted measures of national policies aimed at workers from the EAEU countries; Russian military, economic, educational and humanitarian presence in the post-Soviet space; incorporation of diasporas into the ethnocultural structure of the host society; cooperation with member states of the Eurasian economic union at the regional level.
