Abstract

The current stage of economic development is characterized by the reaction of the Russian regional business systems to technological shifts occurring everywhere, in all spheres of human activity, in other words, the formation of a “new economic reality” is taking place. Under these conditions, it is advisable to search for internal resources for the development of these systems, which is possible within the framework of the development of such a segment of the national economy as ethnoeconomics. The article substantiates the reasons for the demand for the theory of ethnoeconomics, identifies its fundamental features, indicates the effects occurring in ethnoeconomics and due to the current state of the economy as a whole.
