Abstract

Issues of managing the organization and stimulating labor motivation of staff affect the interests of the competent leadership of a modern manager in order to obtain the desired result. Labor motivation is the most important factor in the effectiveness of work, which is an equally important element in personnel management. The article discusses the principles of staff motivation, provides a number of rules that enhance the staff motivation, compliance with which will increase, on the one hand, the effectiveness of motivational measures, and on the other, increase labor productivity.
