Abstract

The study is aimed at studying the factors that reduce the motivation of public civil and municipal employees to serve. Scientists are given a mixed assessment of the factors affecting the motivation of officials. On the basis of the analysis of the motivations estimated among civil servants as having negative influence, the most significant influencing fixing of officials on service and motivation of activity are defined. The study of motivation on the basis of the Executive authorities of the Kurgan region in 2018 revealed the leading de-motivating factors, and also showed the significant importance of increasing the intensity of labor and the associated factor of constant growth of fatigue as a subjective factor affecting the performance and desire to continue service.
