Abstract

In this work, the author as the main methodological aspects to marginalization studying as social process uses synthesis neoinstitutional, system and cross-disciplinary approaches. The similar choice of methodological ways is caused by the fact that marginalization in this article is considered from the sociological point of view as social process which executes functions of the tool of a disgarmonization of the public relations which is especially shown at youth in modern Russia.
