Features Of Development Of Innovative Infrastructure Of Research University[Особенности Развития Инновационной Инфраструктуры Исследовательского Университета]

The article deals with theoretical and methodological issues related to the effective functioning of the innovation infrastructure of research universities, which in general have adapted to existence in a global educational environment and developed competition. To get into international rankings, the university needs to have high marks for the level of development of the innovation potential and the quality of research; in this connection, the issues of management and modernization of the research and innovation infrastructure have become noticeably relevant. The paper considers the directions of its modernization based on the concept of increasing service orientation, when consumers of innovation become not just subjects whose needs the university is trying to satisfy in the framework of innovation, but full participants in the process of innovation production. World experience in the development of the best universities demonstrates the need to ensure the development of internal and external cooperation between the subjects of research activities and the innovation process, including within the framework of territorial innovation clusters.
