Peculiarities Of Financial Control In Health Care

Abstract

This article is carried out in the socio-legal analysis of financial control in health care. The author considers control as a power category that allows to evaluate the actions of the controlled object and to determine the degree of achievement of goals. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation of the goals and objectives of the state financial control in health care, its types are classified according to various criteria: forms of implementation, levels of management, subjects and objects of control and information base of control, the principles of financial control and the functions of various financial control bodies at the levels of management.
